Your host for Be Slow Belize is Jared Pickard, founder of Be Here Farm + Nature, who is also joined by Eben Britton, former NFL player turned author/yogi Eben Britton, a world class speaker, teacher, and wellness leader who will lead daily yoga, movement, and mindfulness for those who join. Nothing is mandatory, although we encourage full participation!
